Here is a really awesome tutorial. It is on customizing the homepage of your storefront in Magento. I spent about 6 hours today going through tutorials trying to find out how to do this. Then I ran across Web Design Tips: Configuring Templates, Adding a Product Grid in Magento and found the answer there. Many thanks to Armando Roggio for the great video tutorial! Keep them coming.
